There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with Queen bed and robes, the second bedroom with double bed. The main bathroom with bath and shower is close by for convenience.  Split system for heating and cooling.

The second zone has a large living room with cosy couches to sit back and enjoy some time out watching movies, there is a study space also handy for anyone that needs to get online. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and very separate to the other bedrooms.  Split system for heating and cooling.

With a BBQ on the back deck, its perfect for outdoor dining in the backyard, the garden is securely fenced and well maintained, perfect for enjoying some time chilling out on the lawn.

A large laundry has a second shower and there is a separate toilet for privacy.

The house has such a lovely feel with warm soft furnishings throughout and the neutral colour palette puts you at ease from the moment you step in the door.

The excellent location, is positioned away so you feel like you’re on a holiday but close enough to everything so its only a walk to the beach, river, golf course, national park, cafes & restaurants, and main shopping village.
